    Conditions d'utilisation — Orbit CashFlow

    1. Définition du service

    • - Orbit CashFlow is a cash flow management application for individual and corporate users.

    2. Création de compte

    • - You must be at least 18 years old.
    • - You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
    • - You are responsible for account security.

    3. Abonnement et facturation

    • - The free plan includes limited features.
    • - Paid plans are billed through Google Play.
    • - Cancellations are managed via Google Play subscription settings.

    4. Propriété des données

    • - Data entered into the app belongs to the user.
    • - After account deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days.

    5. Traitement des données et sous-traitants

    • - The company using the service is the DATA CONTROLLER for the personal data it enters, within the meaning of Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Orbit CashFlow acts as a DATA PROCESSOR, processing such data solely to provide the service and on the company's instructions.
    • - Data processed: user account details (name, email, phone), the commercial records entered by the company, and third-party details attached to those records (counterparty name, tax number, email address).
    • - Sub-processors and locations: hosting — Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Turin / Italy; email delivery — Brevo (Sendinblue), France. As both are located in European Union countries, personal data is transferred abroad.
    • - Cross-border transfers are made on the basis of standard contractual clauses under Article 9 of Law No. 6698. The company may request information about this transfer from our support address.
    • - If the list of sub-processors changes, this page is updated and the administrator email address on your account is notified before the change takes effect.
    • - Orbit CashFlow does not use the company's data for its own commercial purposes, does not sell it to third parties, and does not process it for advertising.
    • - The company is itself responsible for the content and lawfulness of emails sent through the service to third parties (for example its own customers); Orbit CashFlow transmits such messages on the company's instruction.

    6. Usages interdits

    • - Using the platform for unlawful activities.
    • - Attempting to damage the system or bypass security.
    • - Unauthorized access to other users' data.

    7. Limitation de responsabilité

    • - The application is provided as-is.
    • - The platform does not provide financial advice.

    8. Modifications

    • - Terms may be updated when necessary.
    • - Material updates are announced to users in advance.
